This is a starter home on a 30X40 lot. Only the very basics are covered in this cute starter, but the appliances are all upgraded to unbreakable and the pond is stocked with fish (spawners) and there are apple trees there for harvesting. This is intended to be the starting house for a legacy family. Each month of 2012, one member of D.N.A. request team will take the previous month's version of this house and remodel and upgrade it.
