Marlena May was a movie star when she built Mayfair. She died in a car crash and was buried on Mayfair's grounds. When her distant cousins inherited Mayfair many years later, they meant to sell some of Marlena's belongings. Marlena may have been dead, but she wasn't going to stand for that.
