Here is a gift for the Secret Santa game. This "snowy" lot was made by re-coloring sand. Though decked out for the holidays, this house could be un-decorated and used for a great home for a single Sim. There is a third floor art studio, a second floor that is the bedroom and a first floor that has a huge room that includes living room, dining room, and kitchen. Lots of decks, a hot tub, a grill and picnic area, and parking area complete details. All appliances are upgraded to unbreakable.
