This CC free, CAP free, lot sports a bowling alley with large arcade and snack bar, but there is also a "souvenir" shop (with the elixir register) and a large secret voodoo lab, with captive "animals" for nefarious voodoo rites, and there is a "guest" cell available, too. The back deck has an outdoor fireplace with nectar bar and hot tub, little do the partying customers realize that in the overgrown backyard there is a small cemetary. Perfect lot for either tropical or supernatural worlds.
